It appears to be a porcelain made item called Creepy Hollow Norman's Bait and Tackle which appears to have been made by a company called Midwest of Cannon Falls in the year 1997 Model # 19572-7 which comes inside its original box. It looks like it originally came with a light bulb and cord but unfortunately I do not have them for this item.
